LUX ICE was founded by Shawn and Noelle Kilcoyne in Pennsylvania the summer of 2020. They started producing LUX ICE in a small commercial space at Cherry Street Kitchens and successfully launched with several valued customers, including Wegmans and Total Wine & More.  As the business grew, they relocated operations to Morrisville PA, and continued to expand on the east coast. In the fall of 2022, additional investors joined the LUX ICE team and to meet demand and a plan to go nation-wide, moved to a new 45,000 sq ft facility in Flower Mound Texas, north of Dallas.
